Welcome to SoftLeadCloud. By using our SaaS POS platform, you are agreeing to the following high-standard professional terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between Soft Lead Management Pvt Ltd and you. By accessing app.softleadcloud.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. SaaS License & Usage

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use our POS software. You agree not to reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

3. Billing & Global Payments

Payments are processed securely via our global partners (Paddle/Cryptomus). All subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to maintain a valid payment method will result in temporary account suspension to protect data integrity.

4. Data Protection & Liability

We utilize enterprise-grade encryption and automated backups on our France-based high-speed servers. SoftLeadCloud is not responsible for business losses resulting from downtime or unauthorized access to user-managed credentials.
